CorrPack is a sustainable product made from recycled kraft paper sheets that have been bonded together using non-toxic glue and then corrugated in a trademarked manner, producing an autonomous fluted pattern that does not require top and bottom paper layers to support its cushioning-ability shape, so thereby allowing for ultimate nesting stacking potential.
The raw CorrPack sheets are produced on a custom-designed state-of-the-art corrugator of Corruven’s exclusive design, that stacks freshly pressed sheets of a set width and varied lengths, that are then allowed to settle in a controlled environment before being ready for shipment as-is or sent to Corruven’s conversion group.
CorrPack is available in its 1901 and 1902 versions and is ideally suited for packaging applications that require cushioning protection and stacking strength. CorrPack sheets are available to be sold in their raw formats or in converted form, as described below.
Made from bonding two sheets of thin untreated recycled paperboard, CorrPack 1901 is designed to provide ultimate cushioning protection for light to heavyweight products, greatly exceeding packaging foam’s specifications, with excellent stacking strength protection.
CorrPack 1901 is Corruven’s most popular product by far, being well suited for a majority of packaging applications.
Made from bonding two sheets of thick untreated recycled paperboard, CorrPack 1902 is designed to provide excellent cushioning protection for very heavy products, greatly exceeding packaging foam’s specifications, with ultimate stacking strength protection.
CorrPack 1902 is best suited for usage where high-weight products’ stacking requirements are prioritized.

Made from bonding three sheets of thin untreated recycled paperboard together, CorrPack 1902A is a sustainable product designed to provide the ultimate stacking strength in usages where its cushioning ability are not prioritized. Its dual layers of sheet-bonding glue increase flute stiffness, allowing for added load bearing in any usage orientation.
CorrShield is an eco-friendly product made from plywood industry reject veneer and untreated recycled paperboard that are bonded together and corrugated in a similar manner to the CorrPack product. It can either be made in its two-layer or three-layer formulations, allowing for the wood veneer to either be exposed for aesthetic purposes or sandwiched between the kraft paper layers for its protection and added strength.
Made from a sheet of CorrShield sandwiched between 2 plywood layers bonded to its flutes’ tops and bottoms, H-Corr is an eco-friendly product made from plywood industry reject veneer, untreated recycled paperboard and plywood that provides a wood/fiber-based assembly to be used when a wood-only usage as a structural building component is too heavy, providing similar load-bearing ability but with increased warping and bending resistance when compared to wood planks.
Made from a multiple side cuts of H-Corr and sandwiched between 2 plywood layers bonded to its flutes’ cut ends, V-Corr is an eco-friendly product made from plywood industry reject veneer, untreated recycled paperboard and plywood that provides a wood/fiber-based assembly to be used when a wood-only usage as a structural building component is too heavy, providing superior load-bearing ability but with increased warping and bending resistance when compared to wood planks.
Made from layers of wood veneer bonded to an aluminium core without the use of any adhesive using a patented process, Uven-R provides a high-end wall-covering product with excellent wave diffusing acoustic abilities. When installed in its native 12” / 305 mm square configuration using provided clips, it will produce an interleaved effect that can be customized to any possible shape. It is composed of two layers of veneer and backing, that have been fused to its aluminium core, with various wood types or felt layers available.
